The promise of the Holy Spirit was made to Abraham and it was and is being fulfilled in the new testament. It is the most fundamental of all gospel promises and it is for all whom the Lord our God will call.
“This PROMISE is for you and your children and for all who are far off – for all whom the Lord our God will call.” ( Acts 2 : 39 ) Amen.
